Lemon Computing is able to provide you a .uk domain via Nominet (the .uk registry). If you are a contract customer, this can be offered within your package depending on which package you have, or by request if you are an individual wishing to purchase your domain through Lemon Computing. When you wish to register or maintain your domain, or have a complaint to lodge regarding Lemon Computing's services to you - the following terms of service from us will apply.

Abuse Complaints
If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at Lemon Computing with as much detail about the abuse as possible. We will investigate your complaint immediately. Please email all abuse complaints to support@lemon-computing.com.
Complaints and Escalation Process
Here at Lemon Computing, we like to think we get it right all the time, every time – but everyone gets it wrong from time to time. We can only improve on our services with valid feedback from you, our valued customers. If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at support@lemon-computing.com, including as much detail as possible about the issue that you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.
If you are not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint and it is regarding your .uk domain name, please feel free to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) by visiting their complaints page - found here:http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/complaining-about-registrar/complaints-procedure.
Information and Lemon Computing's Key Terms and Conditions (T&C's)
Our Charges:
- To register a domain name: £20 + VAT
- To renew a domain: £15 + VAT
- Charge for maintenance to a domain: Contact us for further information on these charges
Renewal and Expiry Terms:
Domains are renewable annually from the date purchased. Every year, 1 month before the expiration date, customers will receive a reminder email about their domain expiry with the option to renew it. Further reminders will then be sent if a reply has not been received. Following a decision to renew a domain (and with cleared payment received by Lemon Computing), the domain will be renewed for the next year. If no contact is received from the customer regarding the renewal, Lemon Computing will allow the domain to become suspended for 30 days following the expiration date. If you wish to renew your domain during this 30 day grace period, a charge of £25 + VAT plus the original renewal fee will be charged. After this, the domain will be allowed to fully expire (and deleted and cancelled with the registrar). Lemon Computing will not guarantee the renewal of a domain name.
Terminating Your Services with Lemon Computing or Transferring Your Domain Name to a New Registrar:
If you no longer wish to continue your contract with Lemon Computing, please email us no less than 30 days before your services are due to be renewed. Lemon Computing will not charge you for transferring a domain(s) away to another registrar’s tag. The customer acknowledges that, termination of the agreement for any reason will result in Lemon Computing ceasing to provide the applicable services, with the consequences that flow from such cessation, including (but not limited to), deletion of data .e.g. hosting account(s) and mail boxes.
